Downloads are instant....no messing about filling in forms etc!

1. Click on download(s) and add to cart.

2. You can then choose to pay by credit card or through Paypal, either way click the Paypal button in the cart. There is no need to join Paypal - they will give you the option of just paying with your credit card.

3. Payments are easy and fast. Once you have paid, click on 'complete transaction' and a download link will appear for your Mp3 download(s)....

.......and that's it!

You will also immediately receive an email containing the download links. Please make sure you supply a current email address. If using Paypal, this will be your usual Paypal email

The download link(s) will remain active for 3 days and will allow 5 attempts to download. In the extremely unlikely event there is a problem, contact us and will will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Download speed will vary, but if you have average broadband speed, each Mp3 should only take a couple of minutes. Not suitable if you are using a dial-up internet connection.

Playing the downloaded Mp3

Double click on the downloaded folder, and inside you will find your mp3(s) plus listening instructions in PDF format.

To play the downloaded Mp3 on your computer simply double click on it with your mouse. To play it in iTunes, open iTunes, click on "file" (top left hand side) and then choose "add file to library" and a box will come up enabling you to locate the Mp3 on your computer. Once you have found it and selected it, click "open" and it will appear in the iTunes library. Alternatively, you can simply drag it into the library by left clicking on it.

To transfer from iTunes to your iPod, plug the iPod into the computer using the usb lead supplied, then go to "file" and select "sync iPod".

Artwork

If at any time you wish to burn your mp3 onto a CD you will find the full artwork here ready for you to print. Click on the thumbnails (small images) and the full artwork for front and back CD cover will appear, then right click it and choose "save as" to save to download.

Once you have saved the artwork you may notice the images are extremely large. This is because they are the full 300dpi jpeg versions for accurate reproduction and should automatically print at the correct CD size. Should your printing software print at the wrong size use Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

Please note that some older CD equipment cannot play CD disks containing Mp3 files.

Returns

If CDs arrive damaged or faulty please return them to us (see contact page for address) for replacement along with the delivery note. As with Amazon, Itunes etc. Mp3 downloads are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. If ordering actual CDs please note that only faulty or damaged items are returnable.
