There is no real substitute for a live one to one session with a professional hypnotherapist (just as it is usually better to hear live music than a recording) but the main advantage of quality, tailor made recorded sessions is that the content relates to you as an individual and your unique needs and situation. Plus they can be listened to and enjoyed time and time again if neceassary. You can enjoy hypnosis whenever you want. Remember, hypnotic suggestion often becomes more effective through repetition. |
